While our staff is trained to help you make the most of your dental insurance and file your claims as a courtesy, your dental plan is structured to share the costs of your treatment. Any remaining balance or treatments not covered by your plan are the patient’s responsibility to settle in full. Dental plans vary in design and reimbursement levels, so it’s essential for you to thoroughly understand your plan and make the most of its benefits.
