No, the two cannot be combined on the same procedure. If you have insurance, our team will apply whichever option gives you the better value for that specific treatment.
No. Your benefits are active immediately upon enrollment and payment — there's no waiting period for cleanings, exams, or x-rays.
Any treatment not explicitly included in your plan is considered additional treatment and is eligible for your plan's discount (15% or 20%, depending on your plan).
Yes. We just ask for 30 days' written notice. Annual plans receive a pro-rated refund on the unused portion, minus the value of any services already used. Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum commitment.
Yes — the Family Plan covers 2 adults and up to 3 children under 13. If you have fewer than 3 children, you're still fully covered; the plan simply accommodates up to 3.
